Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jaime Garaile started the match with the kick off. After having played for 13 minutes, Jaime Garaile managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mertheolates F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaime Garaile was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aquiles Rexino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernan Isadore having to interfere. When Jaime Garaile came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Mertheolates F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaime Garaile couldn't finish the play. Generoso Perfecto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Abeijon in the 20th minute of the match. Hernan Isadore made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Jaime Garaile sent off a good shot on target. If Aquiles Rexino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aquiles Rexino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernan Isadore having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celestino Tajo in the 33rd minute of play forced CLUB ATLETICO 66's goalkeeper Hernan Isadore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Mertheolates F.C getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Reynaldo Pello hit a great ball. CLUB ATLETICO 66's Justo Diagur got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aquiles Rexino took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hernan Isadore. Hernan Isadore dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 41st minute, Wilfredo Eate hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mertheolates F.C's Wilfredo Eate shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 48th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Hernan Isadore but with some difficulty.

After some careless play in the CLUB ATLETICO 66 defense, Amancio Egoi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hernan Isadore. The CLUB ATLETICO 66 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hernan Isadore should have stopped the shot. Generoso Perfecto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anastasio Ruy, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 60th minute, Marcelo Ferrando sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Mertheolates F.C's Generoso Perfecto didn't even have to move. In the 63rd minute, Aquiles Rexino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 65 minutes into the match, Gogo Chabier notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Mertheolates F.C's Generoso Perfecto. Generoso Perfecto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Mertheolates F.C's Ladislao Manny got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 70th minute, Martin Abeijon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aquiles Rexino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anastasio Ruy hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Jaime Garaile put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Hernan Isadore. 80 minutes into the game, Martin Abeijon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Generoso Perfecto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hernan Isadore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Garaile, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Mertheolates F.C's Salvador Erramun got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 94th match minute, CLUB ATLETICO 66 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Estefan to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the CLUB ATLETICO 66 players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Mertheolates F.C.
