Jesus Hodei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luka Hitzing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aaron Vachon got free with Jesus Hodei in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Independiente F.C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Beltxe in the 41st minute. The corner led Independiente F.C's Daniel Beltxe to fire away a dangerous shot which Jesus Hodei despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Jesus Hodei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melchor Teyo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ladislao Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leopoldo Maule made a kick off. Anastasio Edur who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Felippe Colazo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Aaron Vachon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Jesus Hodei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jesus Hodei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luka Hitzing in the 56th minute of play. Aaron Vachon scored 3-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jesus Hodei, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 77th minute, Melchor Teyo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 80th minute, Aaron Vachon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Independiente F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Aaron Vachon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesus Hodei having to interfere. The supporters of Independiente F.C booed when Juancho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Maule didn't get a good kick on the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Juancho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Vachon came free, but Jesus Hodei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juancho FC's Jesus Hodei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Vachon in the 92nd minute of play. Viggo Malm kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Independiente F.C's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
