The referee ignored Languileo AFC's protests and gave Guido Frederik a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Languileo AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 6th minute. Penalty! 10 minutes into the game, Independiente's Stig Sander nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Astor Isusko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Astor Isusko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Eudoxio in the 17th minute of the match. Claudio Lluis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafin Mincho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the match, Languileo AFC's goalkeeper Astor Isusko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stig Sander. Silvestre Galo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Serafin Mincho in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudio Lluis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Claudio Lluis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Corderro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stig Sander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Astor Isusko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 42 in the game by Stig Sander from a close distance when the talented Astor Isusko managed to make a qualified save. Languileo AFC's players were relieved. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Silvestre Galo was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvestre Galo got free with Claudio Lluis in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Jeremias Hodei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Rigoberto Peruxu fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. In the 55th minute of the match Uriel Mazuste sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Astor Isusko skillfully saved the ball. With a left leg Astor Isusko saved Languileo AFC from getting behind. Uriel Mazuste struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Astor Isusko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Independiente. Uriel Mazuste blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Astor Isusko having to make a save. Stig Sander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Uriel Mazuste came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Independiente fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Uriel Mazuste couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Independiente getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Aris Ziakas hit a great ball. Independiente's Claudio Lluis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafin Mincho in the 82nd minute of play. 84 minutes into the game, Independiente's Stig Sander nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Astor Isusko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Claudio Lluis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvestre Galo in the 87th minute of the match.
