With a little luck, Barrancas FC's Dante Iigo got control of the ball when Teo Joachim tried to sneak it across the goal line. Honorio Senin took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christian Bergfeldt. Christian Bergfeldt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 29th minute, Aristides Savier left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barrancas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Dante Iigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Calvino, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Christian Bergfeldt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorio Senin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christian Bergfeldt came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Barrancas FC's Cesar Egun. But to his dismay, Cesar Egun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Celedonio Johans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Christian Bergfeldt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesar Egun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christian Bergfeldt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Savier, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Boca Juniors's Christian Bergfeldt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar Egun in the 44th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Aristides Savier had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christian Bergfeldt. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enrique Calvino made a kick off. Christian Bergfeldt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesar Egun in the 53rd minute of play. With a little luck, Boca Juniors's Christian Bergfeldt got control of the ball when Cesar Egun tried to sneak it across the goal line. Christian Bergfeldt was a little too slow when Celedonio Johans got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 1-6. If Cesar Egun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christian Bergfeldt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Honorio Senin, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Godfredo Tercero kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by Barrancas FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Florentino Orlin was slow to take the kick. During this time Boca Juniors's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Boca Juniors's Florentino Orlin to fire away a dangerous shot which Dante Iigo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A collision led to Barrancas FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Ariel Ralondo hit a great ball. Christian Bergfeldt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafael Urbes in the 80th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cesar Egun during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cesar Egun kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Teo Joachim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christian Bergfeldt made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Cesar Egun sent off a good shot on target. The Boca Juniors fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Barrancas FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
