Spectators: 7127 (Terracing: 5416, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 50) Kanne F.C's Vinicio Weterio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Kanne F.C's zone, Ruperto Gau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulino Monico came out of the goal and Ruperto Gau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Angel Procopio struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Paulino Monico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vaqueros FC. The audience thought a goal was coming when Serafino Mendez got free with Timoteo Silvanito in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Timoteo Silvanito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vinicio Weterio's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Kanne F.C's Paulino Monico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Procopio in the 27th minute of play. After 29 minutes of play, Vaqueros FC's Angel Procopio made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulino Monico was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aristides Pio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Angel Procopio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vaqueros FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Angel Procopio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulino Monico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Angel Procopio made a kick off. Paulino Monico stood somewhat misplaced when Ruperto Gau came free in front of goal and shot 0-2 to the left of him in the 53 minute. If Serafino Mendez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64thth minute of the game Angel Procopio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kanne F.C's Paulino Monico was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ruperto Gau struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Paulino Monico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vaqueros FC. 75 minutes into the match, Kanne F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Angel Procopio came free, but Paulino Monico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute Vinicio Weterio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timoteo Silvanito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vinicio Weterio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Timoteo Silvanito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ruperto Gau came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Vaqueros FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ruperto Gau couldn't finish the play. Vinicio Weterio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Timoteo Silvanito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
