To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Alejo Eufrasio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leonel Gamus. That made the score 1-0 in the 26 minute of play. After 32 played minutes Armonía got a freekick which was hit by Joel Txanton. After a defensive mix-up in Armonía's zone, Cayetano Ricart stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonel Gamus came out of the goal and Cayetano Ricart tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cayetano Ricart struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Leonel Gamus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Destapate Una Birra FC. In the 45th minute, Alejandro Marino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cayetano Ricart stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Fabio Isaio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Destapate Una Birra FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabio Isaio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonel Gamus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Armonía's Leonel Gamus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cayetano Ricart in the 55th minute of play. Cayetano Ricart recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arnaldo Aznaro charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arnaldo Aznaro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 70 played minutes Destapate Una Birra FC got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Aznaro. Leonel Gamus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cayetano Ricart, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Alejandro Marino took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Marcos Lop to make any attempt to save it.
