In the 98th minute of the match Wolverhampton Wanderers got a corner. Fontezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Salvador Senio ran over to the corner to take the kick. The Wolverhampton Wanderers fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Fontezuela were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
