In the 23rd match minute, Pocito AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ubaldo Sidoro to maneuver through the defense. Vinicio Pes's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Lorenzo Nahia firmly grabbed it by the left post. Zeledon Gustau hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Zeledon Gustau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Rosendo Abaunza made the kick off in the second half. In the 56thth minute of the game Rosendo Abaunza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ñacanguazú's Lorenzo Nahia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 60th play minutes Rosendo Abaunza shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Lorenzo Nahia and just under the crossbar into goal. If Vinicio Pes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Ñacanguazú's zone, Rosendo Abaunza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ubaldo Sidoro's late challenge caught a Ñacanguazú's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ubaldo Sidoro helped the player get up and apologised. Ubaldo Sidoro hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Lorenzo Nahia came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Pocito AFC's Rosendo Abaunza. But to his dismay, Rosendo Abaunza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Vinicio Pes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorenzo Nahia having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Rosendo Abaunza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pocito AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rosendo Abaunza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lorenzo Nahia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lorenzo Nahia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vinicio Pes in the 97th minute of play.
