If Carmelo Karlo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cirilo Edwardo made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Clemente Goren sent off a good shot on target. Xtreme Beast were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after Merlo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Clemente Goren took the corner. In the 31st minute Leopoldo Beliran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirilo Edwardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cirilo Edwardo made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Clemente Goren sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Merlo getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Fausto Gau hit a great ball. 36 minutes into the match, Merlo's goalkeeper Cirilo Edwardo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leopoldo Beliran. Cirilo Edwardo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leopoldo Beliran in the 38th minute. The supporters of Xtreme Beast booed when Merlo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robustiano Ted didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jacobo Checa to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo Beliran in the 51st minute of play forced Merlo's goalkeeper Cirilo Edwardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leopoldo Beliran in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cirilo Edwardo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Clemente Goren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cirilo Edwardo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leopoldo Beliran's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Cirilo Edwardo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leopoldo Beliran went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rolando Ruisko during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rolando Ruisko hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Leopoldo Beliran put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Cirilo Edwardo. When the referee ended the match the Xtreme Beast players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
