Aureliano Nahia had several of the Ultimo Recurso A.C.'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 4 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Ariel Corderall as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 16 played minutes Ultimo Recurso A.C. got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Sayvion. Aureliano Nahia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Corderall having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ultimo Recurso A.C.'s zone, Aureliano Nahia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ariel Corderall came out of the goal and Aureliano Nahia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amadeo Salomon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Danilo Austin having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bruno Opilano got free with Ariel Corderall in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bruno Opilano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Corderall having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aureliano Nahia made a kick off. Ariel Corderall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benigno Godoy in the 54th minute of the match. Santillán's Aureliano Nahia got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lázaro Txindoki charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lázaro Txindoki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ariel Corderall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliano Nahia, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Ultimo Recurso A.C.'s Ariel Corderall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Nahia in the 65th minute of play. After some careless play in the Santillán defense, Amadeo Salomon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Danilo Austin. The Santillán fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Danilo Austin should have stopped the shot. 72 minutes into the game, Aureliano Nahia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Ariel Corderall was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Santillán getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Arturo Natal hit a great ball. In the 78th minute, Bruno Opilano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Patricio Barrionuevo hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. When Bruno Opilano came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Santillán fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bruno Opilano couldn't finish the play. In the 81st minute of the game, Arturo Natal landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 81 minutes into the game, Patricio Barrionuevo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ultimo Recurso A.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Santillán the free kick. Patricio Barrionuevo hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute Bruno Opilano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Corderall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Ultimo Recurso A.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Opilano came free, but Ariel Corderall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, Jorge Sazon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ultimo Recurso A.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Santillán the free kick. After 85 played minutes Ultimo Recurso A.C. got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Sazon. When Bruno Opilano came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Santillán fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bruno Opilano couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Benigno Godoy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santillán's supporters rose to their feet, but Benigno Godoy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ariel Corderall breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Ultimo Recurso A.C.'s zone, Aureliano Nahia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danilo Austin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amadeo Salomon in the 96th minute. 99 minutes into the match, Ultimo Recurso A.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Opilano came free, but Ariel Corderall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
