Carlos Lop showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amador Euloxu, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Hugo Lidon's late challenge caught a Fab Eleven's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hugo Lidon helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Imperio Jrs.'s Hugo Lidon got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 23rd minute, Omar Firmo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Imperio Jrs. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Donato Dimo to make the kick off. After having played for 58 minutes, Georg Kristiansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fab Eleven's supporters crossed their fingers, but Georg Kristiansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 61 minutes into the match, Fab Eleven's goalkeeper Gökçen Budak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Omar Firmo. A collision led to Imperio Jrs. getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Hugo Lidon hit a great ball. Gökçen Budak was out of position in the 66 minute of play, and Serafin Geofredo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Serafin Geofredo really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. In the 71st match minute, Imperio Jrs. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Harkaitz to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute Mariano Moniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Lop saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Imperio Jrs.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
