If Prudencio Fernandez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the game, Prudencio Fernandez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arnoldo Bertol. Prudencio Fernandez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. The crowd rose to their feet as Prudencio Fernandez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arnoldo Bertol. That made the score 1-6 in the 83 minute of play. Prudencio Fernandez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arnoldo Bertol came out and tried to block the shot, but Prudencio Fernandez slotted it home off the left post making it 1-7 in the 88th minute. Vikings's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
