Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joaquin Venceslao took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dante Vargas got free with 贺星天 in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 11 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Anzoátegui! Santiago Calisto went to the wrong direction when Flavio Gombal was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Santiago Calisto came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Don Bosco FC's Edelmiro Loreto. But to his dismay, Edelmiro Loreto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Dante Vargas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Don Bosco FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Mariano Jakue hit a great ball. Joaquin Venceslao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edelmiro Loreto in the 33rd minute of play forced Anzoátegui's goalkeeper Santiago Calisto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 37 minutes, Dante Vargas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anzoátegui's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dante Vargas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anzoátegui's Nicolas Eufrasio got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 46 minutes, Joaquin Venceslao made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Anzoátegui's Santiago Calisto tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Don Bosco FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dante Vargas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dante Vargas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 贺星天 having to interfere. When Joaquin Venceslao came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Don Bosco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquin Venceslao couldn't finish the play. Nicolas Eufrasio charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicolas Eufrasio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Santiago Calisto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Venceslao, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute.
