Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ciro Cordera got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Aristides Harriet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Guerreros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aristides Harriet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Amaná's zone, Tiburcio Loi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roman Gumaro came out of the goal and Tiburcio Loi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Los Guerreros getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Aristides Harriet hit a great ball. After 8 played minutes Los Guerreros got a freekick which was hit by Justo Edwardo. After 12 minutes, Ciro Cordera made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Los Guerreros's Clemente Garcia tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Luís de Alcântara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luís de Alcântara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Clemente Garcia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 21 minutes into the game, Amaná's Luís de Alcântara nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clemente Garcia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Los Guerreros's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Luís de Alcântara scored to the left of an out of position Clemente Garcia, making the score, 3-0. A collision led to Los Guerreros getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Aristides Harriet hit a great ball. When Luís de Alcântara came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Amaná fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís de Alcântara couldn't finish the play. Ciro Corderas short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Clemente Garcia to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciro Cordera got free with Clemente Garcia in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tiburcio Loi to make the kick off. Ciro Cordera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Clemente Garcia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roman Gumaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiburcio Loi in the 66th minute of the match. Ivan Sabino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amaná's Luís de Alcântara got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 74th match minute, Los Guerreros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonides Fidencio to maneuver through the defense. After 75 played minutes, Amaná's Marco Chumo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Clemente Garcia came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Amaná reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Norino in the 77th minute of play forced Amaná's goalkeeper Roman Gumaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luís de Alcântara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 83 minutes into the match, Amaná's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Norino came free, but Roman Gumaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th match minute, Los Guerreros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiburcio Loi to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes into the match, Los Guerreros's goal looked a bit too open when Luís de Alcântara came free, but Clemente Garcia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ciro Cordera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Luís de Alcântara came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Amaná fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís de Alcântara couldn't finish the play. Ciro Cordera took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clemente Garcia. Clemente Garcia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Amaná's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
