Edelmiro Berto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adan Esdras in the 43rd minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 86th minute, El Pastelito's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Adan Esdras fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Amado Dalmai took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edelmiro Berto. Edelmiro Berto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Edelmiro Berto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adan Esdras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over Tamberías could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than El Pastelito throughout the match.
