Spectators: 6645 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1645, VIP seats: 0) Hereford FC's Oscar Karlo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saturnino Ospin in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rogelio Delfino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 9th minute Saturnino Ospin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogelio Delfino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clemente Goizeder charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Clemente Goizeder the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Sunte F.C booed when Hereford FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clemente Goizeder didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rogelio Delfino came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Sunte F.C's Saturnino Ospin. But to his dismay, Saturnino Ospin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Oscar Honrio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Rogelio Delfino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Sunte F.C's Basilio Ponc seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Basilio Ponc the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Sunte F.C protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Basilio Ponc had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Basilio Ponc hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Hereford FC's Anier Ereinotz shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 23rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gaston Elia but with some difficulty. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clemente Goizeder got free with Gaston Elia in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oscar Honrio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Rogelio Delfino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sunte F.C's Nemesio Inko got a free kick in the 42nd minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amadeo Manuelo was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Hereford FC's Rogelio Delfino got control of the ball when Amadeo Manuelo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hereford FC's Rogelio Delfino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Hereford FC from getting a goal against them. In the 69th match minute, Hereford FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Iliana to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 70 minutes, Amadeo Manuelo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sunte F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amadeo Manuelo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Oscar Honrio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nemesio Inko struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Rogelio Delfino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sunte F.C. Oscar Honrio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oscar Honrio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogelio Delfino having to interfere. Sunte F.C's Amadeo Manuelo got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 86th minute, Sunte F.C's Nemesio Inko dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Amadeo Manuelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
