LEONES FUTBOL CLUB's Marcelo Baldovino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernabe Garcia in the 19th minute of play. Rafael Frisco's late challenge caught a Borrachos del Playon's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafael Frisco helped the player get up and apologised. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernabe Garcia in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcelo Baldovino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Rafael Frisco managed to get in a good position for a shot. LEONES FUTBOL CLUB's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafael Frisco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marciano Obano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Borrachos del Playon's Godofredo Regis got a free kick in the 30th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Ederono Mimbreño kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marcelo Baldovino. That made the score 1-0 in the 34 minute of play. After some careless play in the LEONES FUTBOL CLUB defense, Bernabe Garcia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcelo Baldovino. The LEONES FUTBOL CLUB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcelo Baldovino should have stopped the shot. The supporters of LEONES FUTBOL CLUB booed when Borrachos del Playon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godofredo Regis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernabe Garcia struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. The Marcelo Baldovino was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When Alexandru Tuleiu fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Borrachos del Playon's protests and gave Alexandru Tuleiu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of LEONES FUTBOL CLUB booed when Borrachos del Playon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ederono Mimbreño's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelo Baldovino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Borrachos del Playon's Bernabe Garcia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcelo Baldovino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Marciano Obano was a little too slow when Rosendo Nazario got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 96th minute. The score was now 7-1. Borrachos del Playon's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
