Leo Araoz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mab Team C.F. 1994's Aurelio Joey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Qiu Xu in the 14th minute of play. After 15 played minutes Mab Team C.F. 1994 got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Casado. In the 17th minute, Paulino Abarca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santos Gartxot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Qiu Xu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Aurelio Joey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Santos Gartxot fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Valhalla Vikings's protests and gave Santos Gartxot a yellow card for diving instead. After 25 played minutes Valhalla Vikings got a freekick which was hit by Santos Gartxot. Leo Araoz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vinicio Ramond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santos Gartxot kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Faustino Frascuelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Qiu Xu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 75 played minutes Valhalla Vikings got a freekick which was hit by Feliberto Errolan. Mab Team C.F. 1994's Placido Goi got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 79 played minutes Valhalla Vikings got a freekick which was hit by Faustino Frascuelo. The audience was convinced that Vinicio Ramond's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leo Araoz was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. When Hugo Casado came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Mab Team C.F. 1994 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Casado couldn't finish the play. After 89 played minutes Valhalla Vikings got a freekick which was hit by Qiu Xu. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
