When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Romulo Lapurdi put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Honorio Castel. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Roque Veronica managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mansilla AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Roque Veronica was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teofilo Mede breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luciano Berenguer's late challenge caught a Naranjal Football Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luciano Berenguer helped the player get up and apologised. Teofilo Mede made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Juan Orlondon sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Naranjal Football Team booed when Mansilla AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roque Veronica didn't get a good kick on the ball. 29 minutes in the game Igor Nahia did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Romulo Lapurdi. In the 32ndth minute of the game Jacinto Loren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mansilla AFC's Honorio Castel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 34th minute, Jacinto Loren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Honorio Castel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 37 played minutes Mansilla AFC got a freekick which was hit by Juan Orlondon. Benedicto Eladio hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Isaias Ermano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teofilo Mede having to make a save. The Mansilla AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Naranjal Football Team were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Jacinto Loren made the kick off in the second half. Jacinto Lorens short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Honorio Castel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Romulo Lapurdi had several of the Mansilla AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 53 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Honorio Castel as he didn't even see the shot coming. Mansilla AFC's Honorio Castel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romulo Lapurdi in the 58th minute of play. Honorio Castel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Lobo, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 62nd minute of the match Benedicto Eladio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Honorio Castel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Teofilo Mede took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roque Veronica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benedicto Eladio hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After 68 minutes of play, Mansilla AFC's Mario Telo made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teofilo Mede was left in no man's land by his defense there! Honorio Castel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacinto Loren went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Orlondon in the 80th minute of play forced Naranjal Football Team's goalkeeper Teofilo Mede to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Naranjal Football Team's Romulo Lapurdi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Honorio Castel. That made the score 1-5 after 81 minutes of play. In the 86th match minute, Mansilla AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Telo to maneuver through the defense. 89 minutes into the match, Federico Manex had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Honorio Castel. Mansilla AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Federico Manex was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. After 96 minutes of play Mansilla AFC's Luciano Berenguer was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Luciano Berenguer hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. The Mansilla AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Naranjal Football Team's performance. The match ended with a win for Naranjal Football Team.
