But to his dismay, Albano Txomin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Thanks to some nice moves Silvio Banegas could shoot a difficult shot in the 12th minute, which Mauro Guilabertus however easily saved by the left post. Ernesto Jerold received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Pablo Bernad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pablo Bernad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Jerold in the 25th minute of play. The supporters of Copacabana booed when Kincho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Rio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kincho FC's zone, Ernesto Jerold stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pablo Bernad came out of the goal and Ernesto Jerold tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Joaquin Bernard fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Copacabana's protests and gave Joaquin Bernard a yellow card for diving instead. If Ernesto Jerold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquin Bernard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Pablo Bernad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45thth minute of the game Ernesto Jerold who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kincho FC's Pablo Bernad was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernesto Jerold in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pablo Bernad saved Kincho FC from getting behind. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Ernesto Jerold made the kick off in the second half. Kincho FC's Pablo Bernad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Jerold in the 53rd minute of play. A collision led to Kincho FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Guillermo Leocadio hit a great ball. When Ernesto Jerold came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Copacabana fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernesto Jerold couldn't finish the play. Albano Txomin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Ernesto Jerold's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pablo Bernad was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Kincho FC's Ismael Rio got his second yellow card of the match in the 60th minute. The referee ordered Ismael Rio off the ground. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Leocadio in the 74th minute of play forced Copacabana's goalkeeper Mauro Guilabertus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute, Silvio Banegas made a precise shot to the right of Mauro Guilabertus. Copacabana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. If Benjamin Orlandus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guillermo Leocadio kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernesto Jerold in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pablo Bernad prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match was over Copacabana could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Kincho FC throughout the match.
