An unexpectedly hard shot by Haroldo Mirande in the 14th minute of play forced Italó FC's goalkeeper Luciano Orain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16thth minute of the game Ulysses Rocha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Italó FC's Luciano Orain was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Ulysses Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luciano Orain came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Segundo Saque's Ulysses Rocha. But to his dismay, Ulysses Rocha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 29 minutes into the match, Segundo Saque's goalkeeper Eliseo Gilabert had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elias Romero. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ulysses Rocha in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luciano Orain prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Haroldo Mirande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Feliciano Semeno took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Eliseo Gilabert to make any attempt to save it. 43 minutes into the game, one of Italó FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Luciano Orain went to the wrong direction when Sixto Fonso was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

In the 56th minute Israel Telesforo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luciano Orain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eliseo Gilabert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Romero, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Italó FC's Luciano Orain proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Italó FC from getting a goal against them. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
