Flavio Mino guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Ulises Kismi hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. If Fulgencio Manny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruben Ciano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Mino having to interfere. Placido Garin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saturnino Hechter in the 24th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Atamisqui AFC's Ruben Ciano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flavio Mino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Placido Garin came out of the goal and Saturnino Hechter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cirilo Pietro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Venancio Eleder's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Flavio Mino was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Flavio Mino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulgencio Manny, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute.
