Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Wilfredo Lizer kicked off to start the match. Anacleto Delfino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Gorri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonatan Abeijon kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 9th minute Teofilo Chorche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anacleto Delfino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute Omar Cai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Gartzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Globo FC's Gavino Gartzi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Globo FC from getting a goal against them. Edgardo Gorri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Anacleto Delfino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th match minute, Girondo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Lehen to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Girondo's zone, Saverio Frechoso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anacleto Delfino came out of the goal and Saverio Frechoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 32 minutes into the game, Globo FC's Teofilo Chorche nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anacleto Delfino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 43rd minute, Edgardo Gorri made a precise shot to the right of Anacleto Delfino. Girondo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Edgardo Gorri made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Globo FC's Nereo Leheren got a free kick in the 58th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Girondo's zone, Edgardo Gorri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anacleto Delfino came out of the goal and Edgardo Gorri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edgardo Gorri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anacleto Delfino having to interfere. A collision led to Girondo getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Omar Cai hit a great ball. Globo FC's Denis Cayo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 76th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Anacleto Delfino but with some difficulty. Globo FC's Gavino Gartzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Lizer in the 77th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Edgardo Gorri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Globo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgardo Gorri in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anacleto Delfino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonatan Abeijon during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 94 played minutes Girondo got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Abeijon. In the 97th minute Wilfredo Lizer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Gartzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Girondo supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Globo FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Globo FC.
