Edgardo Rodriguez might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victorino Salomon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edgardo Rodriguez ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 13th minute Gogo Raymond shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorino Salomon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Cachete FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Edgardo Rodriguez hit a great ball. Federico Garikoitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Victorino Salomon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victorino Salomon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gogo Raymond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victorino Salomon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gogo Raymond in the 21st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gogo Raymond in the 25th minute of play forced Juguerita's goalkeeper Victorino Salomon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isidoro Hulberto during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th match minute, Juguerita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Hulberto to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Juguerita getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Romeo Cayo hit a great ball. Feliberto Inko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ildefonso Karlo, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gogo Raymond was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Ildefonso Karlo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Cachete FC's Feliberto Inko. Feliberto Inko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Clemente Gamus came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Cachete FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clemente Gamus couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ildefonso Karlo in the 58th minute of play forced Cachete FC's goalkeeper Feliberto Inko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alonzo Maxin during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gogo Raymond struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Victorino Salomon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cachete FC. Feliberto Inko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ildefonso Karlo in the 65th minute of play. After having played for 68 minutes, Clemente Gamus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cachete FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clemente Gamus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 71st match minute, Juguerita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Hulberto to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romulo Lluc in the 74th minute of play forced Cachete FC's goalkeeper Feliberto Inko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Casimiro Lazcano's late challenge caught a Juguerita's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Casimiro Lazcano helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Cachete FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Casimiro Lazcano hit a great ball. After 87 played minutes Juguerita got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Maxin. In the 89th match minute, Juguerita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Sengrat to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute Ildefonso Karlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Inko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
