Spectators: 7115 (Terracing: 5338, Seating: 1636, VIP seats: 141) Tomás Roland started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Saul Baumer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 9 played minutes, Arsenal FC's Evelio Dacio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Saul Baumer came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Arsenal FC reached it. Oscar Ferrando blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Astor Atarratze having to make a save. 14 minutes into the game, Arsenal FC's Gustavo Christobal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Saul Baumer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Erasmo Aznar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saul Baumer having to interfere. Erasmo Aznar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Saul Baumer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Gabino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Esteve Evis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Arsenal FC's zone, Oscar Ferrando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Astor Atarratze came out of the goal and Oscar Ferrando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Esteve Evis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evelio Dacio kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Oscar Ferrando blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Astor Atarratze having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Arsenal FC's zone, Esteve Evis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Astor Atarratze came out of the goal and Esteve Evis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arsenal FC's Astor Atarratze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Ferrando in the 35th minute of play. Juan Harri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Atarratze having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oscar Ferrando in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Astor Atarratze saved Arsenal FC from getting behind. Esteve Evis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Astor Atarratze tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oscar Ferrando was extremely unlucky when he, in the 42nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a defensive mix-up in Arsenal FC's zone, Esteve Evis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Astor Atarratze came out of the goal and Esteve Evis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 47 minutes into the match, Arsenal FC's goalkeeper Astor Atarratze had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oscar Ferrando. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oscar Ferrando was the one to do the kick off. Saul Baumer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Christobal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saul Baumer made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Erasmo Aznar sent off a good shot on target. If Oscar Ferrando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Matadores FC's Saul Baumer got control of the ball when Erasmo Aznar tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erasmo Aznar got free with Saul Baumer in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Tomás Roland managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arsenal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomás Roland was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saul Baumer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Arsenal FC's Erasmo Aznar in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Matadores FC's goalie prevented a goal. Saul Baumer came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Arsenal FC's Apolo Gabino. But to his dismay, Apolo Gabino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 77th minute, Gustavo Christobal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Astor Atarratze came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Matadores FC's Oscar Ferrando. But to his dismay, Oscar Ferrando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Thanks to some nice moves Erasmo Aznar could shoot a difficult shot in the 83rd minute, which Saul Baumer however easily saved by the left post. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Arsenal FC's goalkeeper Astor Atarratze, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Oscar Ferrando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Matadores FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Arsenal FC to win.
