Iker Theodore in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Baldomiro Urdaspal, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Modesto Oalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 42 played minutes telse got a freekick which was hit by Gregorio Maldonado. Iker Theodore dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iker Theodore in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baldomiro Urdaspal saved Instituto Imperial from getting behind. 73 minutes into the match, Iker Theodore had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baldomiro Urdaspal. Instituto Imperial's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iker Theodore was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0.
