Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomás Berto started the match with the kick off. Ceferino Chorache could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Leonides Stephen made a huge save. After 8 minutes, Christian Iraitz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lomitas and the Hernández AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 10 minutes into the match, Hernández AFC's Froilan Esiquio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leonides Stephen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Lizbeth in the 12th minute of play forced Hernández AFC's goalkeeper Amado Senio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomás Berto in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amado Senio saved Hernández AFC from getting behind. In the 15th minute, Froilan Esiquio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Lomitas's Tomás Berto got a free kick in the 18th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Lomitas's goalkeeper Leonides Stephen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeronimo Vachon. Jeronimo Vachon's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Leonides Stephen firmly grabbed it by the left post. Lomitas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Jeronimo Vachon scored to the left of an out of position Leonides Stephen, making the score, 1-0. Jeronimo Vachon struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Leonides Stephen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hernández AFC. In the 30th minute, Jeronimo Vachon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amado Senio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltasar Txerran in the 34th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Tomás Berto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amado Senio was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Ildefonso Chico kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. With a little luck, Lomitas's Leonides Stephen got control of the ball when Jeronimo Vachon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leonides Stephen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeronimo Vachon, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 64 minutes into the match, Lomitas's goal looked a bit too open when Froilan Esiquio came free, but Leonides Stephen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonides Stephen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Onofre in the 72nd minute of play. Nicanor Cugat was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 75 minutes into the match. A collision led to Hernández AFC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Nicanor Cugat hit a great ball. Ildefonso Chico didn't quite understand what happened when in the 77 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. When the match had been going on for 81 minutes, Lomitas's Americo Ramone got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Amado Senio. Jeronimo Vachon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amado Senio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximiliano Lizbeth in the 94th minute.
