Agustin Enaut came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by EL CICLON's Gervasio Fernendo. But to his dismay, Gervasio Fernendo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Dario Jayvier struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Agustin Enaut didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for EL CICLON. With a little luck, EL CICLON's Norberto Bixintxo got control of the ball when Justino Lluques tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 26th match minute, EL CICLON was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Froilan Jayvier to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justino Lluques in the 27th minute of play forced EL CICLON's goalkeeper Norberto Bixintxo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of EL CICLON booed when C.A PIRATAS DEL ASFALTO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vukmir Mitić didn't get a good kick on the ball. Agustin Enaut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Froilan Jayvier, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. With a little luck, EL CICLON's Norberto Bixintxo got control of the ball when Justino Lluques tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alfonso Bordat hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. If Serafino Oso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Justino Lluques stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in EL CICLON's zone, Orlando Araoz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norberto Bixintxo came out of the goal and Orlando Araoz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Norberto Bixintxo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justino Lluques, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After 64 minutes, Julian Cidro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the EL CICLON and the C.A PIRATAS DEL ASFALTO players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 64 played minutes EL CICLON got a freekick which was hit by Julian Cidro. In the 72nd match minute, EL CICLON was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Derwin to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the game, Justino Lluques cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Norberto Bixintxo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Justino Lluques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute, Orlando Araoz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Norberto Bixintxo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Orlando Araoz managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A PIRATAS DEL ASFALTO's supporters rose to their feet, but Orlando Araoz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Norberto Bixintxo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee ended the match the C.A PIRATAS DEL ASFALTO players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
