Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alonzo Bernard in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan Herena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 41st minute, Alonzo Bernard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 43 played minutes KURTKÖYLÜ got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Polo. Felix Frichoso's late challenge caught a Ash Ketchum's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felix Frichoso helped the player get up and apologised. Felix Frichoso kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lorenzo Orzaize to make the kick off. The supporters of KURTKÖYLÜ booed when Ash Ketchum was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Hug didn't get a good kick on the ball. With 90 minutes on the clock, Carmelo Iruinea commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. KURTKÖYLÜ had won after a very even match.
