Tucumanao FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tipal FC the free kick. In the 16th match minute, Tucumanao FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Kepa to maneuver through the defense. Ruben Erauso hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the match, Tipal FC's goalkeeper Luisito Sugar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Augusto Martxot. In the 29th minute, Augusto Martxot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luisito Sugar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Cordareo in the 31st minute of play. Aristides Petri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Tipal FC booed when Tucumanao FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Kepa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Augusto Martxot might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luisito Sugar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Augusto Martxot ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristides Petri in the 37th minute of play forced Tipal FC's goalkeeper Luisito Sugar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Augusto Martxot struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Luisito Sugar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tucumanao FC. Tucumanao FC's Humberto Cordareo managed to work through Tipal FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Humberto Cordareo dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Humberto Cordareo struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. After some careless play in the Tipal FC defense, Alfredo Feo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luisito Sugar. The Tipal FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luisito Sugar should have stopped the shot. Ruben Erauso came free in the 91st minute and tried to tip the ball over Abel Maraman, but to the joy of Tucumanao FC's supporters the ball went over. Luisito Sugar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Cordareo in the 93rd minute of the match.
