After 41 minutes, Angelino Aragones mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Defensores de VDP and the Parera players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 95th minute, Donato Sidro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Parera were victorious despite being under pressure from Defensores de VDP for much of the match.
