Sportivo Devoto's Ulises Frascuelo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Maximiliano Claus in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a little luck, Conesa's Maximiliano Claus got control of the ball when Aurelio Elia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bonifacio Enekoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Milian, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Ramon Salvino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ramon Salvino to make the kick off. Conesa's Maximiliano Claus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvestre Firme in the 79th minute of play. In the 82ndth minute of the game Ulises Frascuelo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Conesa's Maximiliano Claus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maximiliano Claus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvestre Firme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Sportivo Devoto fully deserved thier win.
