When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Delmar Vargas put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cosme Bernad. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Jacobo Beltran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pibe Atletic's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacobo Beltran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cosme Bernad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmar Vargas in the 48th minute of play forced OnceReos FC's goalkeeper Cosme Bernad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Delmar Vargas made a kick off. Cosme Bernad didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amador Presebal went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. OnceReos FC's Cosme Bernad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evrosi Kerimov in the 64th minute of play. Delmar Vargas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Cosme Bernad skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Delmar Vargas did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-5 to the left of a surprised Cosme Bernad 69 minutes into the match. Inocencio Herauso kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Jacobo Beltran, 76 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. In the 88th match minute, OnceReos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prospero Daunte to maneuver through the defense. Oscar Frisco charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oscar Frisco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Pibe Atletic booed when OnceReos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Frisco didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Evrosi Kerimov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cosme Bernad. That made the score 0-6 in the 93 minute of play. The OnceReos FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Pibe Atletic were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
