Fabio Remicio's late challenge caught a Taficillo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jeronimo Artizar made a kick off. Christian Sancho was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Roberto Chumo. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Jeronimo Artizar sped through Tapers's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Christian Sancho. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tapers's goalkeeper Christian Sancho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Atilano Frichoso got free with Christian Sancho in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Taficillo FC booed when Tapers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Americo Thomas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute, Atilano Frichoso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 76 minutes into the match, Tapers's goal looked a bit too open when Jeronimo Artizar came free, but Christian Sancho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Taficillo FC played a much better game than Tapers and deserved their victory. The Tapers players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
