Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marcos Hechter took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th match minute, Ceibal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Bizi to maneuver through the defense. Alejandro Gonzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Hechter, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 16thth minute of the game Vladimiro Micael who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ceibal's Alejandro Gonzo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Lucas Bizi in the 18th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by El ReProgreso's Carolo Senen. Emilio Gaizko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Javier Vidal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alejandro Gonzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Hechter in the 35th minute of play. Alejandro Gonzo came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by El ReProgreso's Vladimiro Micael. But to his dismay, Vladimiro Micael quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Alejandro Gonzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiro Micael, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute.

When Lucas Bizi fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ceibal's protests and gave Lucas Bizi a yellow card for diving instead. After 52 played minutes Ceibal got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Bizi. When Vladimiro Micael came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the El ReProgreso fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vladimiro Micael couldn't finish the play. After 56 played minutes El ReProgreso got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Hechter. With a little luck, Ceibal's Alejandro Gonzo got control of the ball when Vladimiro Micael tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 60th minute of the match, Marcos Hechter tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alejandro Gonzo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 61 minutes into the match, El ReProgreso's goal looked a bit too open when Artemio Caetano came free, but Javier Vidal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute, Domingo Godoy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberto Karmel kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ceibal's Lucas Bizi got a free kick in the 85th minute. Vladimiro Micael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Alejandro Gonzo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alejandro Gonzo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marcos Hechter showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 89 minute of play. The El ReProgreso players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
