Benji Price scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonardo Estebe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leonardo Estebe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Tanio, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Leonardo Estebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benji Price, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaspar Frasquito took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonardo Estebe. Leonardo Estebe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After having played for 17 minutes, Benji Price managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gryffindor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benji Price was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leonardo Estebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Tanio in the 20th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Deportivo Mandiyu's goal looked a bit too open when Benji Price came free, but Leonardo Estebe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benji Price recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gryffindor's Bartolo Gregory got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 32 played minutes Deportivo Mandiyu got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Ramirez. Gaspar Frasquito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Mandiyu's goalkeeper Leonardo Estebe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Bartolo Gregory had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 43 minutes into the match, Deportivo Mandiyu's goal looked a bit too open when Benji Price came free, but Leonardo Estebe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Aristides Oinatz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gryffindor's supporters rose to their feet, but Aristides Oinatz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonardo Estebe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half Gryffindor were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andres Ayala to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Benji Price took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Leonardo Estebe to make any attempt to save it. Benji Price fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Estebe having to interfere. Benji Prices short, quick shot in the 63rdth minute got Leonardo Estebe to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gryffindor's Romeo Tanio got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benji Price who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 66thth minute tested the skills of Leonardo Estebe when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Gryffindor getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Gaspar Frasquito hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Mandiyu's Aurelio Naldo got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Apolo Ihintza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Deportivo Mandiyu getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Andres Ayala hit a great ball. If Romeo Tanio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benji Price's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 89thth minute, Leonardo Estebe skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Deportivo Mandiyu getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Gervasio Ostots hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Mandiyu's Andres Ayala got a free kick in the 91st minute. With a little luck, Deportivo Mandiyu's Leonardo Estebe got control of the ball when Benji Price tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gryffindor played a much better game than Deportivo Mandiyu and deserved their victory. The Deportivo Mandiyu players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
