Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernardino Santo to make the kick off. Bernardino Santo's late challenge caught a Sampacho's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernardino Santo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Arteaga AFC's Bernardino Santo got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Alejo Lamberto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arteaga AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alejo Lamberto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hilario Pudes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Primitivo Odon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hilario Pudes went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score.
