Spectators: 6636 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1636, VIP seats: 0) Luchi FC's Damaso Castulo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Damaso Castulo struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. David Cabral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Luchi FC. After a defensive mix-up in Trenque Lauquen's zone, Patricio Raitin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Cabral came out of the goal and Patricio Raitin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Damaso Castulo came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Luchi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damaso Castulo couldn't finish the play. 15 minutes into the match, Luchi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ernest Roschevskiy came free, but Jonatan Afonso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Damaso Castulo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Damaso Castulo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. David Cabral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. David Cabral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severiano Nuno in the 25th minute of play. Ernest Roschevskiy in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonatan Afonso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jonatan Afonso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernest Roschevskiy, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Martin Ihintza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Jonatan Afonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Damaso Castulo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luchi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Damaso Castulo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Cabral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Damaso Castulo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ernest Roschevskiy made a kick off. David Cabral made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Damaso Castulo sent off a good shot on target. Damaso Castulo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Cabral having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Raimundo Nazario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Severiano Nuno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. David Cabral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Trenque Lauquen booed when Luchi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Raitin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ernest Roschevskiy took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonatan Afonso. Jonatan Afonso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 73 minutes into the match, Trenque Lauquen's goalkeeper David Cabral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Damaso Castulo. Patricio Raitin in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of David Cabral, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jonatan Afonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernest Roschevskiy in the 76th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernest Roschevskiy in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonatan Afonso saved Luchi FC from getting behind. Damaso Castulo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. David Cabral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luchi FC's Edelmiro Ermengol was substituted for Severiano Nuno. 89 minutes into the game, Ernest Roschevskiy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trenque Lauquen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Luchi FC the free kick. In the 89th minute, Ernest Roschevskiy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damaso Castulo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Trenque Lauquen were victorious despite being under pressure from Luchi FC for much of the match.
