The referee ignored Independiente AFC's protests and gave Faustino Muno a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Luchi FC booed when Independiente AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faustino Muno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Epifanio Pero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Jonatan Afonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Independiente AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Damaso Castulo came free, but Carlos Ioritz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute of the match Luchi FC got a corner. Independiente AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vicente Clis ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Vicente Clis got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Carlos Ioritz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Epifanio Pero succeeded in the game's 32nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. 39 minutes into the match, Luchi FC's goalkeeper Jonatan Afonso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Faustino Muno. 40 minutes into the game, Independiente AFC's Epifanio Pero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonatan Afonso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Epifanio Pero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Jonatan Afonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

After a rather tough play, Independiente AFC's Carmelo Vidal got a free kick in the 55th minute. With a little luck, Independiente AFC's Carlos Ioritz got control of the ball when Damaso Castulo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Damaso Castulo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Carlos Ioritz made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patricio Raitin during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 65th match minute, Luchi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Raitin to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Ioritz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damaso Castulo in the 72nd minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Luchi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Pero came free, but Jonatan Afonso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luchi FC's Edelmiro Ermengol was substituted for Severiano Nuno. In the 80th match minute, Independiente AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carmelo Orlandus to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Ioritz made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Damaso Castulo sent off a good shot on target. If Damaso Castulo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Independiente AFC's Carlos Ioritz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edelmiro Ermengol in the 86th minute of play. Carlos Ioritz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Raitin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victorino Birila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonatan Afonso having to interfere. A collision led to Luchi FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Patricio Raitin hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the match, Independiente AFC's Epifanio Pero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonatan Afonso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. There was no doubt that Independiente AFC were the better team. Independiente AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
