Spectators: 6740 (Terracing: 5100, Seating: 1640, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Angel Teofilio took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Azara's Santiago Llorenc got a free kick in the 8th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Angel Teofilio in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Feliberto Platon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arnold Olfers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliberto Platon having to interfere. When Angel Teofilio came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Lyon FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angel Teofilio couldn't finish the play. Feliberto Platon came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Lyon FC's Uriel Benvide. But to his dismay, Uriel Benvide quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Santiago Llorenc kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Angel Teofilio put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Feliberto Platon. 35 minutes into the match, Angel Teofilio notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Azara's Feliberto Platon. Feliberto Platon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Teofilio in the 38th minute of play forced Azara's goalkeeper Feliberto Platon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Angel Teofilio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Feliberto Platon was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Feliberto Eguerdi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gervasio Nicholas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute Gervasio Nicholas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Eguerdi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lyon FC's Feliberto Eguerdi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gervasio Nicholas in the 47th minute of play. The Azara players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lyon FC were winning 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gervasio Nicholas made a kick off. After 51 minutes, Carolo Lano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Azara and the Lyon FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carolo Lano hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Arnold Olfers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Feliberto Platon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Angel Teofilio in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Feliberto Platon saved Azara from getting behind. Lyon FC's Angel Teofilio got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Feliberto Eguerdi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Eder in the 61st minute of the match. Angel Teofilio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Azara's goalkeeper Feliberto Platon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Feliberto Eguerdi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reynaldo Eder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Feliberto Eguerdi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Eder in the 67th minute of the match. With his leg Feliberto Platon managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when Lyon FC's Angel Teofilio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 73 minutes into the match, Azara's goalkeeper Feliberto Platon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angel Teofilio. Feliberto Platon didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Lyon FC's Angel Teofilio shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-4 in the ordered_time% minute. Feliberto Platon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnold Olfers in the 78th minute. Lyon FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jeronimo Nerio in the 80th minute. The corner led to Lyon FC's Juan Ponce getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After 83 minutes of play, Lyon FC's Angel Teofilio made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Feliberto Platon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Angel Teofilio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Feliberto Platon made a huge save. An unexpected shot in the 88th minute by Arnold Olfers got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Angel Teofilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Azara defense, Bonifacio Pelayo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Feliberto Platon. The Azara fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Feliberto Platon should have stopped the shot. Lyon FC played a much better game than Azara and deserved their victory. The Azara players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
