The audience thought a goal was coming when Aristides Javiar got free with Albino Ranolfo in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 14 minutes into the game, Deportivo Laferrere's Alvaro Nahia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Albino Ranolfo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. When Aristides Javiar came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Deportivo Laferrere fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aristides Javiar couldn't finish the play. Teobaldo Onbera hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Aristides Javiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute, one of Rescate:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Rescate. When Aristides Javiar got free in front of the goal in the 30th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Albino Ranolfo was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Adolfo Matteo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 白真城 having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silverio Fe during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Laferrere's Silverio Fe got a free kick in the 37th minute. Aristides Javiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albino Ranolfo having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Rescate's zone, Aristides Javiar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albino Ranolfo came out of the goal and Aristides Javiar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isaac Llorenc to make the kick off. Deportivo Laferrere's Pedro Llin got a good chance for a goal in the 50th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aristides Javiar took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Albino Ranolfo. Albino Ranolfo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. With a little luck, Deportivo Laferrere's 白真城 got control of the ball when Adolfo Matteo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 59th minute, Casimiro Mincho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the match, Rescate's goal looked a bit too open when Aristides Javiar came free, but Albino Ranolfo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rescate's Albino Ranolfo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Javiar in the 76th minute of play. Albino Ranolfo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Javiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After 88 minutes, Alvaro Nahia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Laferrere and the Rescate players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 88 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Deportivo Laferrere! 白真城 had in the 90thth minute some difficulties stopping Donato Goren's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The supporters of Deportivo Laferrere booed when Rescate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casimiro Mincho didn't get a good kick on the ball. 98 minutes into the game, one of Rescate:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 102nd minute there was a penalty for Deportivo Laferrere. Celedonio Henric stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Albino Ranolfo. 5-0. When the referee ended the match the Deportivo Laferrere players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
