When Gavino Pes came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Trapiche FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gavino Pes couldn't finish the play. Gavino Pes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Ziya Usberk came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Poeta Lugones FC fans jumped to their feet. Poeta Lugones FC's Cayetano Dolfo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Poeta Lugones FC from getting a goal against them. In the 19th minute Santiago Llorian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gervasio Garaona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arturo Sayvion received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Cayetano Dolfo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ziya Usberk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Santiago Llorian managed to get in a good position for a shot. Poeta Lugones FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Santiago Llorian was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gervasio Garaona breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 36th minute Santiago Llorian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gervasio Garaona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santiago Llorian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Gervasio Garaona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Santiago Llorian had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gervasio Garaona. Trapiche FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santiago Llorian was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Zacarías Benítez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gervasio Garaona having to make a save. Trapiche FC's Gervasio Garaona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ziya Usberk in the 44th minute of play. Gavino Pes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Cayetano Dolfo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arturo Sayvion to strike the kick off in the second half. Santiago Llorian who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Gervasio Garaona when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 55 minutes into the game, Zeledon Bakar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trapiche FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Poeta Lugones FC the free kick. Zeledon Bakar kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Santiago Llorian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ziya Usberk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Garaona having to interfere. Arturo Sayvion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute, Ziya Usberk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Santiago Llorian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ziya Usberk took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gervasio Garaona. Gervasio Garaona dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. With a little luck, Trapiche FC's Gervasio Garaona got control of the ball when Santiago Llorian tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gavino Pes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santiago Llorian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cayetano Dolfo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavino Pes in the 81st minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Poeta Lugones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Sayvion came free, but Cayetano Dolfo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gervasio Garaona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ziya Usberk in the 85th minute of play. Santiago Llorian in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gervasio Garaona, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Poeta Lugones FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Damian Nerio in the 88th minute. After taking down the ball on Poeta Lugones FC's corner Zacarías Benítez fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gervasio Garaona quite easily take care of the ball. In the 89th minute, one of Poeta Lugones FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Poeta Lugones FC. Ziya Usberk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Poeta Lugones FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Trapiche FC throughout the match.
