A beautiful save bye millonario's goalie prevented a goal. When Leon Thomas came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Spider Man fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leon Thomas couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in millonario's zone, Leon Thomas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amadeo Olentzaro came out of the goal and Leon Thomas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 12th minute, Erasmo Lizardi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leon Thomas took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amadeo Olentzaro. Amadeo Olentzaro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 19th minute Elpidio Gaitan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Olentzaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elpidio Gaitan in the 21st minute of play forced millonario's goalkeeper Amadeo Olentzaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the game, Samuel Ourente was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. millonario's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Spider Man the free kick. Samuel Ourente hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, Leon Thomas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of millonario booed when Spider Man was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Thomas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leon Thomas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeo Olentzaro having to interfere. In the 36thth minute of the game Leon Thomas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but millonario's Amadeo Olentzaro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Spider Man were furious when Horado Telo was red carded, 37 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Elpidio Gaitan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Amadeo Olentzaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Elpidio Gaitan made the kick off in the second half. If Elpidio Gaitan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 54 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for millonario! In the 57th minute Sixto Oliverios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelino Rainerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustavo Francesco during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Spider Man's Angelino Rainerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fermin Rafe in the 61st minute of play. Elpidio Gaitan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amadeo Olentzaro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Elpidio Gaitan struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Amadeo Olentzaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Spider Man. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Arotza in the 78th minute of play forced Spider Man's goalkeeper Angelino Rainerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Elpidio Gaitan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elpidio Gaitan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elpidio Gaitan in the 91st minute of play forced millonario's goalkeeper Amadeo Olentzaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Spider Man's Angelino Rainerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fermin Rafe in the 93rd minute of play. Rogelio Emesto struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Amadeo Olentzaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Spider Man. Elpidio Gaitan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeo Olentzaro having to interfere. Amadeo Olentzaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elpidio Gaitan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Spider Man's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
