Lambda's Melchor Llorian got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Melchor Llorian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Lisandro Iago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebastian Pedroso made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Lambda's zone, Severo Perrando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorio Chan came out of the goal and Severo Perrando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Severo Perrando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of NACIONAL DE LANUS booed when Lambda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Ibañez didn't get a good kick on the ball. A throw-in in the 62nd minute of the game was made by Froilan Ermengol with Guillermo Egoitz as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Severo Perrando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorio Chan having to interfere. Lambda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Severo Perrando was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 78 minutes into the game, Melchor Llorian recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lisandro Iago. Melchor Llorian showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. A collision led to Lambda getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Eugenio Blasi hit a great ball. Victorio Chan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julian Koldobika went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score.
