In the 17th minute, Evaristo Mosen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Uriel Perico could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Jonatan Inocente made a huge save. Escalada FC's Silvio Eli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anastasio Bartoli in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Barros in the 23rd minute of play forced Talleres de Cba's goalkeeper Jonatan Inocente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute Escalada FC were awarded a corner. Everardo Walme went to the cornerflag to take it. Feliberto Beat tried in the game's 34th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Jonatan Inocente. An annoying self made goal, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anastasio Bartoli in the 40th minute of play forced Escalada FC's goalkeeper Silvio Eli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carlos Barros was the one to do the kick off. Jonatan Inocente was left in no man's land by his defense there! 80 minutes into the match, Talleres de Cba's goal looked a bit too open when Uriel Perico came free, but Jonatan Inocente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelo Asur in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvio Eli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 82 minutes into the match, Escalada FC's goalkeeper Silvio Eli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anastasio Bartoli. Evaristo Mosen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvio Eli having to interfere. Jonatan Inocente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uriel Perico in the 86th minute of the match. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Talleres de Cba's goalkeeper Jonatan Inocente, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 88th minute Uriel Perico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Inocente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, Escalada FC's Carlos Barros nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonatan Inocente made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Escalada FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
