Amador Victoro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 17 minutes into the match, URRI FERROCARRIL OESTE's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Quentin came free, but Amador Victoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Erasmo Barrionuevo fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored URRI FERROCARRIL OESTE's protests and gave Erasmo Barrionuevo a yellow card for diving instead. Amador Victoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustin Colon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of URRI FERROCARRIL OESTE booed when Brancos F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evelio Tabby didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amador Victoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustin Colon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind URRI FERROCARRIL OESTE's goalkeeper Amador Victoro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to URRI FERROCARRIL OESTE getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Francisco Jerardo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Quentin in the 48th minute of play forced URRI FERROCARRIL OESTE's goalkeeper Amador Victoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Agustin Colon was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in URRI FERROCARRIL OESTE's zone, Isaac Quentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amador Victoro came out of the goal and Isaac Quentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amador Victoro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Agustin Colon showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 53 minute of play. If Isaac Quentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brancos F.C's Eduardo Bilbo suffered a concussion after 58 minutes and had to leave the field. 58 minutes into the game, Fulgencio Medero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. URRI FERROCARRIL OESTE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brancos F.C the free kick. In the 58th match minute, URRI FERROCARRIL OESTE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fulgencio Medero to maneuver through the defense. Ignacio Cresconio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benjamin Elia went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Isaac Quentin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Amador Victoro firmly grabbed it by the left post. Isaac Quentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hugo Pierres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amador Victoro having to interfere. When Erasmo Barrionuevo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 72 minutes had been played. Erasmo Barrionuevo hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Evelio Tabby struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Amador Victoro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brancos F.C. An unexpected shot in the 79th minute by Isaac Quentin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Isaac Quentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dario Mano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Dario Mano came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Brancos F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dario Mano couldn't finish the play. The URRI FERROCARRIL OESTE fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Brancos F.C were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
