Eulalio Beat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Amado Barea made a huge save. In the 12th of the match, Joel Iraunkor tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Amado Barea got in the way and made a wonderful save. Eulalio Beat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 15 minutes into the match, Azopardo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Iraunkor came free, but Amado Barea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute, Joel Iraunkor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eulalio Beat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Amado Barea made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualterio Abaurre in the 20th minute of play forced RECREATIVO DO LIBOLO's goalkeeper Elpidio Gil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd match minute, Azopardo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicanor Lano to maneuver through the defense. Amado Barea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Iraunkor, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Amado Barea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eulalio Beat in the 33rd minute. Amado Barea was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Joel Iraunkor showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 39 minute of play. Prospero Beliran kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Venancio Silban was the one to do the kick off. When Enrique Castel fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RECREATIVO DO LIBOLO's protests and gave Enrique Castel a yellow card for diving instead. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. RECREATIVO DO LIBOLO's Venancio Silban got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Agustin Aires shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The supporters of Azopardo FC booed when RECREATIVO DO LIBOLO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moises Munio didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eulalio Beat in the 85th minute of play forced Azopardo FC's goalkeeper Amado Barea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amado Barea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eulalio Beat, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Eulalio Beat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amado Barea having to interfere. In the 95th minute Moises Munio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amado Barea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Godfredo Orlo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Elpidio Gil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eulalio Beat scored 2-0 in the 99th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amado Barea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. RECREATIVO DO LIBOLO fully deserved thier win.
