Spectators: 7110 (Terracing: 5365, Seating: 1645, VIP seats: 100) Bernardino Isaio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in Napenay AFC's zone, Arturo Ibañez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armando Francis came out of the goal and Arturo Ibañez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Napenay AFC's Bernardino Isaio got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 6 minutes, Salvador Otsoko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Darjeeling FC and the Napenay AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 7th minute, Salvador Otsoko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arturo Ibañez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aurelio Bizi might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bonifacio Cisco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aurelio Bizi ran back to his position shaking his head. Lisandro Ceandro made in the 23rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Darjeeling FC's Pascual Harkaitz. The supporters of Darjeeling FC booed when Napenay AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Ceandro didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arturo Ibañez in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armando Francis saved Napenay AFC from getting behind. In the 31st minute, Bernardino Isaio fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Pascual Daunte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pascual Harkaitz kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the game, Napenay AFC's Aurelio Bizi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bonifacio Cisco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Armando Francis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Ibañez, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Pascual Daunte made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Arturo Ibañez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Armando Francis. Napenay AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arturo Ibañez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Armando Francis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arturo Ibañez in the 58th minute. If Bernardino Isaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Bernardino Isaio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Napenay AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardino Isaio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bonifacio Cisco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Julio Tello kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Pascual Daunte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Armando Francis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Pascual Daunte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd play minute Israel Oliverios came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Armando Francis. 2-2. Darjeeling FC's Israel Oliverios was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 86th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Armando Francis was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Pascual Daunte capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Pascual Daunte really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. If Israel Oliverios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the final whistle sounded Darjeeling FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Napenay AFC.
