Solís's Ermegildo Javiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carolo Orain in the 20th minute of play. Braulio Joseph was a little too slow when Emiliano Giro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 1-1. After a rather tough play, Solís's Virgilio Libertad got a free kick in the 34th minute. After 37 played minutes Real Matador Cordobes got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Artizar. Solís's Ermegildo Javiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godofredo Martino in the 38th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Solís's zone, Carolo Orain stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ermegildo Javiar came out of the goal and Carolo Orain tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Godofredo Martino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Carolo Orain charged in rather forcefully in the 50th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carolo Orain the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 50 played minutes Real Matador Cordobes got a freekick which was hit by Carolo Orain. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severo Guillelmo in the 53rd minute of play forced Real Matador Cordobes's goalkeeper Braulio Joseph to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carolo Orain came free with the goalkeeper in the 54th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ermegildo Javiar could save by the left post. Braulio Joseph showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severo Guillelmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 60th match minute, Solís was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaias Dolfos to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Godofredo Martino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Matador Cordobes's supporters rose to their feet, but Godofredo Martino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ermegildo Javiar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 64th minute, Isaias Dolfos made a precise shot to the right of Braulio Joseph. Real Matador Cordobes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. If Carolo Orain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Braulio Joseph showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulino Veto in the 75th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the game, Paulino Veto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Braulio Joseph was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee felt a red card was in order, 83 minutes into the game, when Mauro Artizar put in a rough tackle. 82 minutes into the game, one of Real Matador Cordobes:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Braulio Joseph went to the wrong direction when Virgilio Libertad was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 88th minute, Carolo Orain got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 92 minutes into the game, Solís's Lucio Calixto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Braulio Joseph made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. After 98 minutes of play, Solís's Severo Guillelmo made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Braulio Joseph was left in no man's land by his defense there! Solís were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
