Delmiro Iakis short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Froilan Elorri to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Maximo Edur didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nemesio Tallia went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Maximo Edur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Gaitano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, WASKAS's Froilan Elorri got control of the ball when Delmiro Iaki tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in WASKAS's zone, Cesar Kaiet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Froilan Elorri came out of the goal and Cesar Kaiet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maximo Edur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfredo Gaitano's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Nemesio Tallia struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Maximo Edur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for WASKAS. In the 37th minute, Cesar Kaiet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Nemesio Tallia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfredo Gaitano was the one to do the kick off. Los destructores's Maximo Edur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobias Jakue in the 52nd minute of play. A hard shot 56 in the game by Nemesio Tallia from a close distance when the talented Maximo Edur managed to make a qualified save. Los destructores's players were relieved. After a rather tough play, WASKAS's Tobias Jakue got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 60th minute Delmiro Iaki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Froilan Elorri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind WASKAS's goalkeeper Froilan Elorri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. WASKAS's Christian Muc was substituted for Alfredo Gaitano. In the 74th match minute, Los destructores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquiles Vachon to maneuver through the defense. Christian Muc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximo Edur having to interfere. Nemesio Tallia was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 85th minute. WASKAS's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 90 minutes into the match, Los destructores's goalkeeper Maximo Edur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nemesio Tallia.
